Corn Hole

Kynan White of Westside Cajun Cornhole led the Senior Spirit Group in games of Corn Hole. Kynan shared his expertise on strategy, form and rules on November 18th at Alexander Park in Brusly. The Corn Hole team was able to play on their newly acquired WBR Senior Spirit Corn Hole
boards (pictured). Corn Hole will be played @ 1:00pm on December 7th and December 14th at the WBR Senior Spirit Center in Brusly. Beginning in January, Corn Hole will be played twice per week. An updated schedule will be provided at a later date.

Christmas Party

Merry Christmas! Our Christmas Party is scheduled for December 12th from 2:00-6:00pm at the Addis VFW Hall, 4453 Myhand Street.
You will enjoy the music of Beau Brown and delicious food prepared by Anatole Vincent. In order to prepare for the appropriate amount of food for the event, please RSVP to Senior Spirit 215-5290 if you plan to attend. We will offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the celebration.

Lucy's Retirement

Lucy Landry will celebrate her Retirement at the Christmas Party on December 12th. Please join her and share your memories of all the exciting times together.

Weight & Strength Class
We are considering offering a Weight & Strength Class after Aerobics on Monday and Wednesday. We need a minimum of
8-10 people, and we will need to secure the necessary equipment. If you are interested in this Class, please call
Sonya Boudreaux at 215-5290.

Pokeno
We would like to start Pokeno in January, 2022. We will need 12 people. It would be once a month on Tuesday at 10:00am. Please call the Senior Spirit Office 215-5290 to sign-up.

IPhone & IPad Class at WBR Library

The final tech skills class for IPhones and IPads will be held on December 8th in the WBR Library Meeting Room from 10:00 am-12:00pm.
